O P E C
WorldWatch reports have stated that the World crude price is as OPEC members stated so often " PURE SPECULATION",,,, Any world happening anywhere in the globe is a excuss to inflate crude prices, not even the news of the Brazilian crude fields had a positive inpact on crude.... Traders, some producers, oil companies, governments,Banks, news agencies all speculate in order to keep their profits record high... This negative attitude is now having a effect on all world economies were we see riots all across the globe from Europe to Asia to the Middle East... Crude demand will also continue on a downward scale, the month of June we will have another decrease in demand around 3%, this will shortly have a negative inpact on the economy of most OPEC members... In China and India oil prices have increased and we have confirmation from the world energy agency that other Asia countries will soon do the same, in some cases the subsidies will be stopped... The only solution for all nations involved lies with the attitude OPEC members including Iran and Venezuela may take!!! All crude producers including OPEC ( or only OPEC) should stipulate a maximum ceiling for crude prices ... (eg. $100 per barril) this way SPECULATION would stop...crude demand and world economy could recover as much as 2% in the first month !!! If OPEC takes no action then they can expect further decrease in world demand as other nations develop alternative fuels ...Hibrid cars such as Toyota have now a waiting list of over two months... just in the US ...
